It has been a really long time since I did this so i've kinda forgotten how it went, but I think it was like this:
I had a phone interview with a recruiter and then another phone interview with someone from WWEX, maybe manager later in week. Got a call back to set up a 1:1 interview with office manager.
He went over my resume with me. He focused a lot on my major & why not business(??), sports, jobs I had throughout life was a big deal as I remember, as well as, other standard interview questions like why do you want to work here? what makes you a good fit? how have you overcome adversity? are you a team player? etc...
I remember the recruiter warning me to bring multiple copies of my resumes, a portfolio w/ pad, pen, & to be sure to take a few notes on whatever the interviewer said about the job/company. I'm glad I did b/c it paid of later!
The next step (usually the following week) is going on a ride along with someone from the office. It was really not that big of a deal and you got to see a little of what the the job would be like and ask some real questions of your potential coworker(s). I think I went on two. I asked straight up about the money b/c I felt like the manager was telling me I would make way more than what I was going to make and the ride alongs gave it to me straight that I was right.
If everything has gone great up till this point, you will have one more 1:1 with the manager right after the ride along to get your overall impression of the day in the field and if you think you can see yourself in that position. I want to say he gives you an overnight homework assignment of some kind--like create a detailed plan on how you would improve the position---or something like that. You have to email it to him and some other company execs by the end of the night or in 24hrs.
If they want you, they will let you know probably w/i a week. I really remember this company making you dance through hopes and taking their time.
