El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en WME (Los Angeles, CA) en jun 2009
Entrevista
The interview consisted of HR explaining the details of the job, and was more of a warning about the lifestyle that applicants are signing up for should they accept. They are a great agency and there are a lot of fun, interesting people who work there, but the assistant lifestyle is not for the faint of heart and HR seemed to be very intent on making sure their new hires were up to the task. If you get in front of HR odds are you have a decent "in" at the company so at that point it is just about not screwing it up, being persistent with follow up and truly having the desire to work there.
I first met with a recruiter who then referred me to the agent I’d be assisting. They asked questions about my taste in films and career aspirations. The interview was about an hour long and I hear back that I got the job a few days later.
It was nice and very speedy. The interviewee was also great. However, I ended up choosing a different company to work for. All good in the end! Life has a funny way of working out sometimes
The interview was straightforward, and the interviewer was very easy to talk to. It took awhile to get hired after the interview–they had to wait for an opening–but once I got to the interview stage, things felt pretty transparent.
