The interview process was pretty straight forward. I enjoyed everyone I spoke to and felt like they showed interest and respect throughout the process.
First round: Recruiter call
Second round: hiring manager interview
Third round: 2-person peer interview
Fourth round: writing exercise
Fifth round: Interview with VP

Where do you see yourself contributing the most in this role?
Straightforward process. First did a short online screening questionaire. Then had a short 30 min call with Recruitment. Scheduled a 45 min meeting with hiring managers. Recieved clear brief for short presentation and met with 2 other direct colleagues for this role to present task. Met with a friendly team and they were communicative throughout. The whole interview process was online.
First there was a quick HR screening call then a video interview with two people clearly playing "good cop, bad cop." One interviewer was very rude and frowning and not interested at all.
