It was an app via an email link. You can do the assessment on your phone or the laptop. The psychometric tests were in the form of 'games' which I found kind of inaccurate. They gave me my results afterwards and I don't know how valid they were. With a mathematical background I have always consistently performed well in numerical and inductive practice tests however the game results showed otherwise which questions how accurate those games are... maybe there was more to it..

Describe a situation where a group member made a mistake, what was your response and how did you deal with the situation?
Applied and had to do personality and numerical assessment. Once you are done, you will get access to the video interview. Have to answer 5 questions and you have 60 seconds for each question.

After sending my CV I was invited for a Video Interview and some assessment games.
I never got any feedback and no one contacted me to inform me whether I failed to progress to the next stages or not.
