The Branch Manager was away on the day of the interview. I was interviewed by the 2IC & the staff member who I was replacing. I remember the interview being very informal & the interviewers being quite unprepared. They didn't really have many questions for me & asked each other if there was anything else that they needed to cover.

Entrevista
The first interview was with the recruitment officer from the agent for Vodafone Egypt. It consisted of questions specific to the field of sales, what do you know about it, how do you deal with customer complaints, if you see something that is not right from a colleague of yours, and general questions.
The second interview was with an employee from the parent company, Vodafone, who asked the same questions in addition to discovering my skills and speed of reaction. He was more flexible and very emotional.

The process was very smooth and did not take long at all. Communication was prompt and concise and there were no difficulties throughout the process. Initial phone screening was done and then had and in-person interview.

After submit CV,I been invited for video interview, there’s a link sent through email, there’s about eight interview questions.
Wait around a week, I received a call from the store manager saying they offering me the role.
