The company no longer exists. It was in trouble living off of venture capital funding for its seven years of existence which is unheard of for a start-up company. It was under the review by the SBA which presented a significant challenge to bring it back from the brink of extinction. While the interview process was very professional with no 'trick' questions, it was also appropriately rigorous. The background check was the standard reference and background checks. It took just over two weeks to complete before the job offer.
