Got in touch through an external head hunter. Initially they gave a question sheet to fill out to understand why I am interested in the role and my background etc, that I did. Heard back in a few days. And scheduled for an onsite interview. The interview scheduling was fairly quick, so I liked that about the company. The overall feel of the company and its employees was also positive and they gave constructive feedback in case of no hire which makes the interview experience worthwhile.
