Very, very tough to get a 3rd interview. They seem to invest a lot in the hiring process. If the regional likes you you'll get a second online test. This is where you need to shine. I'm not sure if the second part was timed, but the first part of the online test was basic math, engineering problems and what seemed like logic 101.

I was scheduled to meet with the Regional Sales Manager for coffee early one morning and they said they never told about the interview. We rescheduled for the next week. I was told by both the Regional Sales Manager and the internal recruiter that I would get a 2nd interview. I heard nothing for over three weeks from either the RSM or the recruiter despite reaching out to both. Finally, sent an email thanking them both for the opportunity to interview and that I was assuming I would not be moving forward and received a response 5 minutes later confirming that. Takes minimal effort to follow up with candidates you interview.

The interview process was very lengthy. Several interviews with different managers. Overall process was a good experience and enabled me to learn a lot about the company and responsibilities of the position.
