First a phone call with the HR (about 15min). Then a second phone interview with the head of data(30 minutes). The second interview was not professional. A manager should not have ask this kind of question during a phone call. For more direct and personal questions more then “tell me about yourself” a face to face or a zoom meeting should be scheduled. According to the tone of voice and his attention, the interviewer was clearly doing something else during the interview.
