Multiple interviews focusing on being able to communicate well and answer questions based on finding solutions for customers. In the store you will interview with two managers they'll be focusing on you bringing a resume and how you present yourself. Obviously bringing sales knowledge and using sales and team-building verbiage is a huge help.
The process was simple, Apply online and then called for an Interview. I had to follow up and then got called for final interview to discuss next three months and salary.
To the point. I could tell they had a lot of interviewees. Got back to me right away. Asked me standard questions. Salary was sufficient. The interview lasted 20 minutes or so.
Easy phone interview and was hired. It was really more like a conversation than an interview. Very friendly and easy. Seems like they are hiring a lot of people. Would recommend
