First contact with HR people who described the company, their policies and a brief description of the project I would work. After that I received a phone call and talked to a Tech Lead already working in the company who validated the skills on my CV. He tried to see if my profile matches the project not only technicallly but also in personal aspects . Once this is Ok I received a pre-offer and once I accepted it I had an intense interview with the client of the company which was much more longer, detailed and technicallly according to the project.
