Overall, my application experience with Varonis wasn't great and left a lot to be desired when it came to communication, scheduling, and informing applicants whom they would be talking to. When presented the prompt for the Mock QBR, there was very minimal direction and information that would set up an applicant for success; in addition, I had asked for a template or style guide and was met with no response. You were expected to find resources of your own (which the mock QBR does not outline what products the customer is using), not given an example customer to anchor to and provide context, and told to search their entire resource library. Overall, I felt like an applicant and will not be considering this organization in the future due to the poor applicant experience.
