Entrevista
The interview process was relatively straightforward, two initial screenings with the recruiter, then a conversation with the sales manager and finally a 2 1/2 hour "virtual onsite" compromised of 4 separate interviews with two of them being a mock qualification & mock negotiation role play.
I want to make sure I give recognition to Liz Price who assisted me through the interview process and was great to work/communicate with throughout the two week period.

The last part of the interview process (at least from my experience, last step of the Virtual Onsite) was speaking with Vantas head of recruiting Julie Taheri.
Be prepared if you have to speak with her because shes quite something! She didn't even introduce herself after I had been on back to back to back calls for three hours and immediately starting firing off hard hitting "personality questions"
She was dry, bland, rude and all around made me feel pretty uncomfortable and very discouraged after having a string of positive interactions leading up to that final interview.
Long process but thought provoking. There were 5 steps and I got to the fourth, I wasn't sure how many other people were being considered at that point. It was a good process but I would've like to know where I stood

What's one piece of hard feedback your manager gave you?

The process began with a recruiter screening, seems to proceed to manager meeting, then panel round for the final interview in the process. The recruiter seemed disoriented, transferred between two recruiters, then back to the original recruiter. They last minute rescheduled meetings, then rescheduled again, and then finally showed up late to the call. Further meetings were established, missed, and then ultimately a generic email was sent denying the proceeding of future round interviews.
The company has poor reviews already, but I felt I'd give them an honest try. If things are this poor starting at recruiting, the rumors must be true. Would not recommend this company to future employees.

Very upfront on the expectations and responsibilities
Didn’t get offered the job but was not a bad experience overall in my opinion
