Super chill interview with the store manager & assistant store manager. Asked generic interview questions, answered some of my queries regarding the work life & all around a really relaxed vibe.

I had a phone interview and they asked standard questions and then they never got back to me about the position that I applied for. So I don’t have any insights on an in person interaction process

It happened during covid so was a phone interview. They said they’d usually take candidates in for a trial shift too but obviously couldn’t in that situation. Was just a very friendly chat with the manager and assistant manager: they asked questions about my experience with customer service mostly, why I liked the brand, but were incredibly friendly
