Started with 1 hour phone interview/screen. Lots of STAR questions, questions about financial industry and general interview questions. Went to interview in person, took about 4 hours. Two one on one interviews and a case competition was all it was. Also took a tour of the place. Work culture is strict and you would be on the phone all day for this type of position. Vanguard is very employee focused.

Entrevista
The interview for this role was a behavioral interview. The interviewers were very nice and made it easy to become comfortable so the pressure was not as bad once the interview began.

Entrevista
Initial phone interview to get a gauge on your resume and personality. In-person interview had multiple rounds; group presentation to show what Vanguard has to offer, 1-on-1 and panel style interview, group tour of the campus. STAR format interview with basic questions. Performed a case study to determine how one would handle a problem situation/client. Fancy titles aside, this is a call center job through and through.
