Contacted by HR Recruiter for a phone screening, and after 20 mins, was set up with a phone interview with hiring manager for the following week. The interview seemed to go well, and I was told that I would hear something from the recruiter at the end of the following week for the next steps. After months of sending emails to both the hiring manager and the HR recruiter, I never heard anything at all. It seems that it would have taken about 2 seconds for someone to reply to my email letting me know that they would not be moving forward with me as a candidate. I spent many hours continuing to research the company and put together a plan, thinking that I was at least moving on to the next phase.
