There were a number of tests, and it was necessary to submit taped video segments of virtual teaching sessions. The interviewer then posed tough questions about technique and commitment to the process.

Interview process was relatively fun and easy if you're comfortable doing part of a mock teaching lesson. They may do it differently now, but that's what I had to do when I interviewed.

The interview process was easy, the interviewer was pleasant and we shared a few laughs. Doing the demo lesson was easy, as the lesson contact is sent to you via email a few days before you interview - which gives you enough time to prepare.
