First interview remote with team lead. Asked about basic knowledge of digital marketing and my experience. Second interview with team director. They got to know me and asked more questions about my experience and knowledge. Emphasized being organized. Third interview was a team interview with 4 other team members. It felt overwhelming. They didn’t really ask anything outstanding. I felt like it was just to get to know me. It was a very long and drawn out process. Probably took a month to get the job.
