Unfortunately there was no real interview process. I submitted to the job posting. The company recruiter reached out to me to setup a phone interview. I reached back out to make that happen. Nothing. So I reached out again and again over a number of days and finally got a response. OK, this can happen so not all that worried. BUT, we then setup an interview for a Friday afternoon. The interview time came and went. Nothing. Again, I tried to chase down the recruitment person, but this time to no avail. Simply vanished. Not sure what happened. Regardless, this is not a professional way to treat candidates for positions in a company - at any level. Sad really, how poorly some companies seem to handle the recruitment process and quite likely the company leadership isn't even aware.
