Covid19 has changed up the process for most companies and this was no exception. Video interview with recruiter, phone (supposed to be video) interview with site director, phone (supposed to be video) interview with her colleague in a different operation. Everything seemed like it was a go, even got a call over a weekend from the site director making sure I was still interested and that she was setting up time for me to meet with another person. Then - radio silence. I reached out to everyone I met with via email several times and called both the recruiter and site director directly... and nothing. I didn't even get the generic form letter to at least say "hey it was nice meeting with you but we're looking elsewhere." It literally was nothing. That was over a month ago. For an organization that claims they are people centric, "ghosting" isn't something I expected to experience during this, or any, hiring process.

Contacted 30 days after applying by a recruiter. She asked a few basic questions including salary requirements. She outlined the responsibilities and territory. Had an in person interview with the hiring manager scheduled that lasted about half an hour. He asked a lot of questions about management style and work ethics.
