Standard and Interesting. The recruiter will dive deep into your experience, leadership potential and your understanding of FMCG, Uniliver's products. It takes about 2 months for the whole process.
First level interview is with HR to make sure the role is suitable and then 2nd level will be with hiring manager. It is a smooth process and HR are friendly. Hiring manager asked all relatable questions with the works. Overall experience are pleasing and everyone are friendly.
It was an above average interview asked situational questions about leadership the company and yourself prepare well no why you want you to leave what the company is all about in the industry itself
