Thank you for your feedback. We apologize your experience was less than stellar. We strive to begin creating the best potential team member experience from this initial point of contact. We do thorough interview prep meetings for each job launch to make sure everyone is prepared for their role in the interview process. We are disheartened that was not apparent on your call. Going forward, we will make sure that the initial phone screens are substantial and communicate our sincere interest in your experience and background. In this remote world of work, technology isn't always on our side and so we have checked all connections and equipment to ensure that calls are clear and asked that should any future disruptions occur during a phone screen, that the call is rescheduled to ensure the quality of the experience.
