The process was typical. There was a phone interview with a recruiter to gauge compatibility with the company, and then an interview with a technical manager and technical director. Questions were pretty typical, ranging from job experience to personal organization.

Phone screening after I had applied online. I talked to someone on the phone that was from the human resources office. It took about thirty minutes. The interview was average in difficulty with common interview questions. I was not thrown off by any questions.
