Began with a 30 minute phone call interview. This was mainly the typical interview questions. It was very casual overall, but received feedback almost immediately on how it went. Had to take a personality test after this stage of the interview.
The next step was an interview with the manager of the department. This took about an hour. These questions were harder situational questions and a few typical interview questions. It was nice to hear first hand what the responsibilities were for the position.
Finally, had an interview with a member of the HR department. This was about 30 minutes and was more typical interview questions. This stage provided me a lot of insight into the company dynamic of teamwork and supporting all departments.
Interviews took place over a web server or over the phone.
