I was contacted by a Recruiter for the role of Backend Developer with Useready's client. Interview process was not good as they will ask you to go through a coding test of 2 hours on Hackerrank platform which is not at all a sophisticated IDE. If you clear coding test than Recruiter will connect to you for next round with the client. I had gone through the entire process of 2 rounds (Test + Client Round) and it took 1 month to complete this discussions as the process is way too slow. I was informed by the Recruiter that I am final select for the role and HR discussion will happen next week. I kept following up about the offer but every time I got the response that it is delayed by the client. At the end I got the call from the Recruiter saying that they wont be offering me because of my Notice Period. Recruiter was polite enough to answer all my questions but is this a professional behavior by an organization?
If you dont want to hire candidates with higher notice period than why to waste their time and efforts by connecting with them. Arent you guys aware about what you and your client wants. Very unprofessional attitude from an organization
