I applied on line 22 times after I was laid off from my previous employer, within 20 minutes received rejection email that I did not have enough experience. (24 years I guess is not sufficient). I applied the last time and received an interview from HR as a pre-interview. I was told they would send my resume to the hiring manager and was ghosted thereafter. These are fake jobs posting just because. The amount of people who tell me the same things so I refuse to ever apply again yet they post on LinkedIn wondering why people will not apply. Change your process USAA.
