Applied to position then a week later was sent an assessment test. About 2-3 weeks later received a call stating I passed the test and was scheduled for a phone interview with recruiter where I was told more about the company and position and asked a few questions. About a week later I was contacted again and informed that hiring manager wanted to move me forward in the process and was set up for another phone interview with two hiring managers a week later which is still pending at this time.

Can you provide an example of a time when you had to sway a person or customer in your favor with regards to customer service?
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
