Entrevista
The initial interview is in front of a 3 person review committee. The committee then selects 3 candidates and the final interview is held with the selecting official. Once a final selection is made, the candidate must be approved of and a final selection sign off must be obtained from the next higher level manager of the selecting official. Once it becomes official, the candidates are notified of the decision.

I had to Pass written test. Then an oral interview was given. Interview was given to nine other applicants. Top Three high score applicants were chosen. One random alternate was chosen

You must know everything about the office your are interviewing. Do your homework. You can not walk in and expect to get the position. Be honest, if you do not know the answer, be honest with the interviewer. Do not BS them.
