Very matter of fact and impersonal. Literally, the interviewer introduced the folks on the phone and started off with "Number 1, etc.". It was impossible to show any personality. The questions were typical behavioral type questions but there was no conversation component, they did not engage back at all. Additionally, they could not answer any of my questions about the position. They also said to keep my phone on me at all times during a certain period as I would only have 30 minutes to accept if offered a position. Pretty strange!
