Around 2 months after I applied, with no email or any communication at all, I received a phone call for a pre-interview phone call. That went well, so they moved me to a zoom official interview, It was definitely not the right fit for me. I sent follow-up emails that went unanswered. I never received a "we're going with another candidate.." communication nor any insight.
