Interview took almost 3 months to conduct. After acceptance into the organization we were sent to on the job training where we were taught our basic job skills.

No interview process, the position requires enlistment into the US Army. Candidates must meet physical and medical requirements to join and some positions may require a security clearance which involves questions regarding employment history
You only have to pass physical and intelligence tests, as well as background check. You will find that you wish there was more of an interview process once you meet your co-workers and bosses.
