First I had phone interview then I had a test to take. Afterwards I had to a panel interview to do. Waited a couple of weeks. They offer me the position. Everyone gets hired at the same raise.

Sent in my resume through email, got a phone call the next day, interview schedule before the end of the week. Straightforward, barely got asked any questions that were difficult. Nothing technical was asked just behavioral and very little at that. The manager did most of the talking and barely asked me anything.
