It was one interview, less than snow hour. It was basic call center, cs questions, nothing stressful. It was in person, with one supervisor. The questions were not difficult for me, the usual customer service questions of what experience you have and how you would handle difficult situations. What software programs you have used and how well you can use multiple programs.

Entrevista
I first completed a phone interview and was then invited to an in person interview. The interview was with one supervisor asking a variety of the typical questions. After that, I was given more information about the position. The interviewer left to talk to HR and came back with an offer.

Went on interview. Had to wait about 3 weeks to hear anything about job. Asked general questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. Once accepted had to get physical and drug test.
