They were very friendly and welcoming, there were 3 interviewers who asked me 10 questions and then there was time for me to ask questions about the position. The whole thing took 30 minutes.

Tell us about a time you displayed management skills
It was a written test that took place as part of a 45-minute interview process, during which I had to answer a series of basic questions in both French and English, all scheduled and completed on the same day.

Il colloquio è competence based.
Dura all'incirca 30 min. L'importante è spiegare perchè si vuole lavorare lì e poi verranno fatte delle domande per testare le tue competenze (per esempio client orientation: ti è mai capitato di non poter soddisfare completamente le richieste di un tuo cliente? Come ti sei comportata?)

I received an e-mail and was invited to an online interview. They suggested a time and date. The panel consisted of 4 people. They started with competency-based questions and then moved to more specific questions.
