This would have been fine, but after receiving the most generic rejection EMAIL after investing so much time in the interview process, I requested an explanation (so I could better prepare myself for future interviews). I got an equally generic "We don't believe you have enough administrative experience" email. 1) I have 15 years of admin experience. 2) If that was the case, why did I have FOUR interviews? That seems pretty excessive for someone you don't feel has enough experience.

The interviewer was very positive throughout the whole session. As a recent college graduate who has little work and interview experience, I found this interview to be enjoyable. During the Phone Interview: - Asked if I had any questions to start off - Mainly asked behavioral questions, very simple and straight forward - Asked if I was: okay with traveling, legal to work with any employer no sponsor - Asked what compensation I was looking for - Asked if I had any questions to end with Questions Asked: (Not verbatim, but general idea) - Tell me about yourself (will ask questions to clear any vagueness in your answer) - Why do you want to work for Tyler Technologies? - Why should we hire you? - What is your greatest strength? - What is your greatest weakness? - Describe a difficult work situation & what you did to overcome it? - What is your greatest accomplishment?
