I applied online through indeed.com and received a phone call mid-April asking to set up an interview. Interview was held in Amarillo office and had all of the engineers from the area there to hold the interview.

Typical, panel interview. The questions were very typical and predictable. It was my first panel interview so i was a bit nervous. They were understanding and continued professionally. The provided an estimated date of response and stayed true to that.
