Pretty bad interviewing practices. First interview was with a general recruiter who could not answer any of my questions. After that phone call I was assigned "homework" that took roughly 2 hours. No feedback was given for the assignment, but I was setup for a 3rd interview that took 4 hours because it was broken into segments with different managers. The catch here was that outside the manager I would actually report to, 4 out of the 5 I met with did not have almost any questions for me, leaving anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes of me asking questions, which for the most part they could not answer either because they were in different departments.... I wasted a whole day to meet with managers who were not prepared nor in the department I was getting hired.
