The Turo interview process is very thorough. Initially it seemed to be taking a long time but after going through more rounds and ultimately receiving an offer I could see why the company was so intentional about who they selected. The company has such a unique culture that it was important to choose candidates that could not only thrive in that environment but also make a meaningful contribution to the culture. Overall I had a total of 5 interviews. There was also a case study that I presented to an exec panel as my final interview. The process was so worth it! I love my role and the people are great.
