I had two interviews. A lot of competition since I applied for the Youthforce scholarship. Around 20 people had interviews that day. Multiple interviewers per interviewee. Brought my portfolio with surveying drawings which gave me a big advantage.

After a recruiter screening over the phone, I received an email for a video interview. The interview was with a regional director and one team lead video call. Mostly behavioral questions. Asking about how I approach problems and different experiences based on resume. Overall it was not very technical.

Interview process was great. I was able to talk to some great people who actually listened and were paying attention to you. They don't keep you updated. I kept reaching out for updates and I never received a response.

Second round was with the team that I was going to work with.
