Initially talked to them at a campus career fair and an HR call after about logistics, background, and interest. Was later selected for an onsite, which was honestly the chillest, most fun interview process ever. They really focus on the product, creativity and the people/culture fit. The interview (if you can even call it that, it's more like a mini hackathon) actually got me really interested in their product and the cool things they are doing with real estate data. Most interviews are just focused on coding questions and rarely ever put emphasis on the company, product, or industry the company is impacting. Just have a decent resume, passion and good attitude!
