Entrevista
4 stage process.
Initial talent call focused on motivation for the role, knowledge of company and relevant experience. Required to complete a market entry assessment thereafter with research on the market and product verticals to target. Thereafter call with hiring manager to discuss experience, interest in role, knowledge of the business. Final interview was split with multiple team members, half was culture fit and the other half was competency based. Throughout the process there was a vast opportunity to ask questions as well and this was actively encouraged.
Overall it was a brilliant experience, the team delivers a very thorough Interview and ask thoughtful questions across the board. I did not receive a job offer but I was offered extensive feedback and this was very valuable.
