5 rounds of 30 min interviews Interviews were pretty rushed, didn’t feel like they were very interested. After every interview, I would follow-up with the recruiter to give my thanks and express my interest but each one was left un-responded, which was pretty rude. I sent one after every interview I had, so you can imagine I felt a little pushy even though it’s standard practice to do so. Conversations are very casual but don’t take that for face-value it’s still an interview, you will get judged on what you say and it will be applied to you as a weakness. It seems like they already had their decision made and I was used as a comparison to inform their choice (I was a late submission in the interview process).

Initial phone screening, then meeting with the hiring manager, then 6 individual interviews with people on the team. After so much interviewing they ghosted me and never replied to my follow ups. I was so excited about this role because I loved this company but this was just rude to candidates who put so much time and effort into the interview process.
