multiple interview extended off original interview from posting. Senior management offered viewpoint that all employees are disposible and that if they hired me there was no guarantee that if a better candidate came by later on I could be replaced. After several interviews over several days they never returned my calls, offered feedback or offered status.

very light way. most of questions were about previous work and experience. A lot of questions on cloud work . what are the certificates do you have and so on. ask about if would be in the office or remote.

Director level titles at Travelers does not align with Director level compensation or responsilbilites based on job descriptions and comparison to other software companies. I spoke to several different recruiters about positions and with different teams. Despite saying I would be a good candidate and speaking with several individuals, I was ultimately ghosted with no feedback.
