Had 2 phone interviews that went well. During my first I mentioned I wanted to work in Texas and they forwarded me to right hiring manager. After that I was invited to a regional interview in Dallas. The whole process has been great! And all of the managers have been very upfront and honest with what the job entails and its benifits and disadvantages.

Great internship. The coworkers were excellent and helped me out a lot. I can see myself growing here and building my professional career. Trane has a strong business plan set up where there can be a lot of growth in the coming years,

1 telephone interview with HR (20 minutes ) ,1 telephone interview with sales manager (20 minutes )3 rounds formal interviews (45 minutes each ) with employees and managers .
The last round of interviews was spread over two days. First day included a networking event fir presentations from managers and Q&A! The second round interview was held the next day with 2 managers

The interviewer was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I could tell they wanted to get to know me rather than just ask a bunch of questions. It was just a phone screen, and the questions were basic interview questions.
