The interview process was structured well and was very transparent. It consisted of an initial screening with the recruiter, and then two stages of interviews. The first interview focused on exploring my skills and experience, and in the second I had to do a short presentation on the future of payments. The turnaround for each interview stage was very quick, I heard back from the recruiter either the same day or the following day. I felt that the recruiter and interviewers all acted very professional and friendly throughout, and it was a very enjoyable experience.

I was contacted by a recruiter via email and asked to answer questions about my experience and salary expectations. During the conversation, the recruiter acknowledged that they were not fully sure about the role requirements. I was later rejected for not having the right “credit” experience. It felt like the outreach was more about gauging salary expectations from implementation professionals, especially since the budget was not clearly communicated upfront.
