I thought the interview process went very seamlessly. They have a hiring recruiter speak with you the whole process and call you before and after interviews to ensure you're not going into it blind.

Went through the recruiting screener interviews first (2) then went on to 3 more interviews with Third Bridge themselves and never heard back after the final round of interviews despite being told I would hear back from them. I also did not have a way to follow up since my contact was a third-party recruiting company. Disappointing to put that much effort in and not hear anything, even if only a rejection, back after 5 rounds of interviews.

Positive experience with Third Bridge! I was interviewing for the London Consulting vertical team as an Associate. The process was one of the most transparent interview processes I have been through. I appreciate that they do not just tell you that you have X and Y meetings, but also provide you with a guide before every step of the interviews on how to succeed. I felt prepared for every interview step of the way. I highly recommend doing the Forage program they offer if you are interested, it was quite helpful in understanding their work. The interview process was in-depth, but not stress: first, an HR call (mix of logistical and fit questions); then an interview with one staff member (primarily fit questions), case study interview in-person at the London office with two staff members which HR provided resources for so I could really study and prepare (the office is really nice by the way, very modern with a nice outlook of the financial district); and finally, a brief final call with a high-ranking member of their member. Everyone was nice, seemed to really enjoy their time with the firm and prioritize a healthy working environment.
