1. 25 minute screening call with recruiter 2. Meeting with Hiring Manager and PM - includes Presentation This was a negative experience for me. The interview process felt cold and impersonal. The hiring manager interview was a short 25 minutes. I did not have a lot of time to ask questions and the interview felt very rushed. I did advance to the next round, which included a 15min presentation and assignment to create a project timeline and present in front of hiring manager. I thought this went well, although I was put off by the amount of work they asked for prior to first meeting with me. What I thought was extremely unprofessional from this company was that I was told that they would let me know about my application within a week. I heard nothing from them for almost a month. After second interview, they just ghosted me. I had to send a follow up email only to be told that I did not receive the position due to a competitive cycle. This interview process felt like a waste of time and inconsiderate treatment of candidates.
