I applied and heard back immediately. This is a 2 step interview process. First interview you filled out paperwork which talks about what type of person you are, what your looking for, why this position would be good for you, and also about your previous employers- asks pros and cons. Then you chat with the male and he explains the position to you and what you are looking for and asks a few questions. This lasted about 45 minutes. I got asked to come to a second interview and this is where they explained money, and the position more in depth. Then they asked you to make an add on the computer, which included directions you needed to follow. They ended up offering me the position but I did not accept. It was not a professional interview at all. Very unorganized.
