Initial interview followed by a second longer interview. Interview consisted of standard questions but felt like they were searching for a specific answer. Some of the questions were specific (what is your experience in ecology? Always were the results of the study?)

Had one online interview with the supervisor and he followed with a small task to be completed (similar to the project of the position). After returning the task, had a follow up call and email about 5 days later with an offer.

Entrevista
There were 3 rounds of interviews, ranging from 30 mins to an hour. Interview panels were different for each round. I was asked very general questions with no skills assessment. Whole process took 3 months.
