Entrevista
Started with a preliminary phone interview asking basic questions clearing qualifications. First face to face interview was with HR discussing work ethic, approach to customer service and prior work history. After this one it was a panel interview with several supervisors in the customer service department. Again, just asking about approach to customer service. This was followed by a writing test.

The writing test was unexpected. Just a basic scenario in which you are replying in an email to a customer.

Entrevista
Very thorough interview process. Each interview was an hour and two rounds total. You can tell that they care about hiring a qualified individual. It may explain why their employees stay with the company on a long term basis.

Entrevista
Had a phone screen and then two video interviews with different people interviewing you in each interview. Overall a good experience and a fairly quick process, about 2 and a half weeks.
